What we built
CRM Doc is an MCP server + REST API that gives any AI client (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, Manus, n8n) the tools to design and deploy real CRM funnels. Your AI calls eight tools to generate pipelines, tags, custom fields, email sequences, automations, and landing pages, then pushes them into the CRM you already use.
You bring your own AI keys. We orchestrate the build, your AI generates the content, your CRM holds the data. We sit in the middle of the conversation, not between you and your customers.
Principles
No data warehousing
CRM Doc stores funnel JSON, build logs, and audit events on our side. Your CRM holds the actual customer data. If you cancel, the funnel keeps running in your CRM.
No CRM lock-in
Funnel objects deploy to GoHighLevel today, HubSpot in v0.3, more adapters in Year 1. Same funnel JSON re-deploys to a different CRM. Portable by construction.
Open source at the core
The MCP server is MIT-licensed. Self-host the full stack, run it locally, or use the hosted dashboard. Same tools, your call.
Honest pricing
