Terms of service

Last updated May 27, 2026. Plain language version. Full legal version will replace this once counsel finalises it before v1.0 public launch.

Draft notice. This is the plain-language working draft. It is binding for users on the v0.2 hosted beta but will be superseded by the counsel-reviewed version at v1.0. Material changes are dated and disclosed; we will email account holders before any takes effect.

Who we are

CRM Doc is operated by Ante AI Pty Ltd, an Australian proprietary company registered in Queensland. Contact: future@anteai.com.au.

What you agree to

By creating an account, installing the MCP, or calling our API, you agree to use CRM Doc only for lawful purposes, not to misuse the service, and to be responsible for the data you connect and the actions your AI takes on your behalf.

The service is provided in good faith. We will tell you about material changes via email and the changelog.

Your account

Keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for activity under your API keys. Revoke a key the moment you suspect it leaked, in Account › API keys.

One person per account; teammates are added via Account › Team at the appropriate tier. Sharing a single login across people is against the terms.

Your data, your CRM

Funnel data lives in your CRM. CRM Doc orchestrates the build; we do not warehouse customer records, prospect data, or revenue figures from your CRM. We do store the funnel JSON, build logs, audit events, and usage metering on our side.

You own all content you create. We claim no rights over your funnel content, copy, or deploy artefacts.

If you delete your workspace, we wipe API keys, builds, funnel JSON, and audit log within 30 days. CRM data stays where it is, in your CRM, untouched by deletion.

BYO AI keys

You bring your own AI provider credentials (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.). CRM Doc never proxies AI inference, never sees your AI provider key, never bills you for AI usage. Your AI client calls our tools; the orchestration happens here; the generation happens at your AI provider.

Acceptable use

Do not use CRM Doc to send unsolicited bulk communication, harass anyone, build phishing funnels, evade lawful taxation, or violate any applicable consumer protection law in the jurisdictions where your contacts live.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts for clear violations and to cooperate with lawful investigations.

Billing and refunds

Subscriptions renew monthly via Stripe. Cancel any time in Billing to stop the next renewal; the remainder of the current cycle continues.

Refunds: prorated when we cause the issue (extended outage, billing error). Discretionary otherwise; we say yes more than we say no for cancellations within 14 days of first paid charge.

Build overages are billed at $0.30 per build past your tier quota, reported via Stripe metering, and appear on the next invoice.

Service availability

We target high availability and publish status at crmdoc.ai/status. We do not offer a contractual SLA on v0.2 hosted beta tiers; the Agency tier has a 99.9% target with incident credits at v1.0.

For scheduled maintenance, we announce at least 24 hours in advance on the status page and changelog.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost revenue, lost data on your CRM that we did not store, etc.).

Nothing in these terms limits liability we cannot lawfully limit, including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

Termination

You can terminate by deleting your workspace. We can terminate for clear acceptable-use violations with notice. Termination by us for any other reason gives you a prorated refund for the unused portion of the current billing cycle.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland unless we both agree to mediation first.

Changes to these terms

Material changes get 30 days notice via email and the changelog. Continued use after the notice period means you accept the changes. If you don't, cancel before the effective date and we refund the prorated remainder.
