Common questions

My AI client cannot see CRM Doc tools after install.
Restart the AI client. MCP servers register on launch. On Claude Desktop the config lives at ~/Library/Application Support/Claude/claude_desktop_config.json on macOS. Confirm the CRMDOC_API_KEY env var is exported in the shell that launched the client.
Can I run more than one workspace per account?
Workspaces are isolated. One per account in v0.2. Multi-workspace lands v0.4. If you need that today, create a second account with a different email and we will merge billing on request.
Why are some deploys queued and others go instantly?
GoHighLevel sub-account provisioning is manual for the first 10 customers (the team picks up a Telegram push, about 90 seconds during business hours). Once you have a connected location, subsequent deploys are direct API and finish in under 30 seconds.
How do I trigger an idempotent re-deploy?
From the editor, click Deploy › keep the same target. Builds diff against the last successful deploy and skip steps that are already applied. Identical re-runs are safe.
I want to migrate from a previous CRM setup.
Import is on the v0.3 roadmap. Today the working pattern is: build the funnel in CRM Doc, then move contacts in your CRM's native import tool. The funnel objects (pipeline, fields, sequences) are created fresh and do not collide.
Can I export everything if I leave?
Yes. POST /v1/export/funnel/[id] returns the funnel JSON. The CRM data is yours, in your CRM, untouched. Workspace deletion wipes our copy within 30 days.

Did not find it?
